The Postcode Guides are part Community Website, part Business Directory, providing a simple to use facility to find information about Clubs & Societies, Events, Offers, Items for Sale, Employment Vacancies & Businesses in your local area.

The content managed website, 'Minisite', has over 360 combinations of colour schemes, fonts & layouts so you can quickly create a look & feel for your website that suits your business, club or society. More schemes are added regularly but if you have a specific requirement we are happy to create a new scheme and add it to the options free of charge (note: all schemes are available to all users).

A complete beginner can usually create their website in under an hour (providing they know what they want to say and have appropriately sized images available). You will need to provide an email address as we don't provide these at the moment but you can get started without a domain name (simply link your domain to your site at a later date).

Your website can be accessed via your linked domain name (if you have one), through the directory or as a website within the directory e.g. www.SPGuide.co.uk/mysite All three routes are search engine friendly increasing the chances of your customers finding your site.

As well as having an independently accessible website, your business, club or society information, job vacancies, sales & offers and events are automatically published on the Postcode Guide site of your choice. Listings in a daughter site e.g. FordingbridgeGuide.co.uk are also included in the parent site e.g. SPGuide.co.uk

Membership for not-for-profit organisations e.g. charitable organisations, clubs & societies, public service bodies etc. is FREE.
